CARING FOR YOUR SILVER JEWELLERY
To clean untarnished silver (and keep it that way), use a cloth made for cleaning jewelry - these cloths should come with a built in jewellery cleaner. Clean your silver regularly so that you won’t have to worry about tarnished silver. Just be careful that when you’re wearing your silver that you don’t expose it to household chemicals, hair products, perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration, rubber, latex, chlorinated water or direct sunlight.
Avoiding tarnish is easy, just make sure you put your make-up, perfume and hairspray on before you put your jewelry on - and take off your silver jewelry before you go swimming and sunbathing.
Cubic Zirconia (also known as CZ) is similar to a diamond with its brilliance and crystal clarity. It is created in a lab yet it dazzles with a brilliant sparkle like a diamond. Visually, it can be challenging to tell exceptionally- cut CZ’s apart from authentic diamonds.
Random fun fact - A cubic zirconia stone weighs 1.7 times more than a diamond of equivalent size! In other words, zirconia gemstones are about 75% heavier than traditional diamonds.
Cubic zirconia is easy to care for and requires little effort to maintain. Avoid rough handling and store items of jewelry separately to avoid scratches. Wash gently in lukewarm soapy water.

How To Send In Your Inclusions
⭐Kindly label all your inclusions with your name order number and contact number before mailing.
You may send in your inclusions via normal mail, registered mail or any international postal services example DHL, Fedex and UPS.
Do note that we do not accept 3rd party local (Singapore) courier services such as, Qexpress, Ta-Q-Bin, Uparcel and etc.

✨For Breastmilk:
20ml of Breast Milk is required per item.
Pack your milk in double milk bags before mailing to prevent any leakages. Place it in a padded envelope with sufficient postage stamp for its weight, (20ml requires a 50 cent local stamp). It is best to have your package weighed at the post office, and purchase the stamp amount necessary for normal mail. Please thaw before sending to prevent wetting other people’s letters. Kindly remember to label your inclusions.

Place a lock of hair (20-30 strands depending on hair thickness, approximately 2-3cm preferred) in an envelope. Kindly remember to label your inclusions.
Caring For Your Keepsake
This piece of keepsake jewellery is handcrafted using fine precious metals which may require cleaning from time to time.
Polishing
We provide jeweller's cloth with every order to ensure you are able to keep your jewellery in pristine condition.
Using the jeweller’s cloth, gently rub your precious metal parts several times. The jeweller’s cloth is made from high quality cotton impregnated with jeweller’s wax. It remains effective as long as it is not washed.
Please note that chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing, and should be avoided.
Storage
Your jewellery should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewellery is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a box with silica gel to absorb excess moisture when it is not in use.
Warranty
Your precious keepsake comes with a 1-year warranty covering any discolouration of breastmilk components only.
